VoiceBus offers professional support services for your FreeSWITCH-based FreePBX installation (with Asterisk support services coming soon). Our support team consists of engineers who wrote many of the core components of the FreePBX v3 application.
Hosted Service Support
VoiceBus provides a unique virtualization environment for running, managing and customizing your own FreePBX-based FreeSWITCH installation. Our experience in enterprise data center hosting mixed with our extensive background in VoIP technologies allow us to provide excellent support, ensuring your hosting services remain up and oeprational 24 hours a day.
We offer two flavors of support for our hosted platform
- Fully Managed Support: Includes monitoring and management of your servers and connected trunks/equipment. In this configuration, you don't pay per incident, but you can't access your account to reconfigure options outside of the web-based interface.
- One-time Support: Includes one-time requests for solving any problem. We bill a reasonably hourly rate to handle your support requests. You can also purchase credits at a discount, in advance of receiving service, to cover future incidents.
Premise Services
VoiceBus has a physical presence in the San Francisco Bay area and the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Our team can assist with your premise-based phone system installation, from quoting the system to installation services. 24/7 response, circuit provisioning and monitoring services are all included in our premise-based programs.
